Samsung re-present and releasing new mobile phone named Samsung Ativ S Neo. If other smartphones using the Android OS, this time using the Neo Samsung Ativ S Windows Phone 8 OS from Microsoft. This phone follows in the footsteps of competitors' phones from Nokia, the Nokia Lumia.
